Subscription & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our Matrimony services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any subscription plan.
1. Non-Refundable Digital Services
All subscription plans and membership purchases on our platform represent digital access to our matchmaking database and communication features. Once a subscription plan is purchased and activated, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation of Services
Users may choose to deactivate or delete their profile at any time from their account settings. However, deactivating your profile does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period.
3. Payment Failures
In the event that an amount is debited from your bank account or card but the subscription is not activated due to a technical glitch, the payment gateway (Cashfree) will automatically reverse the transaction to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
