Access to premium matrimonial matchmaking features requires subscription fees. All payments made through authorized gateways (Cashfree) are final, non-transferable, and strictly non-refundable once the subscription plan has been activated.
5. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
